Wake Tech vehicles are available to employees for official college business on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests should be submitted as early as possible, as the number of vehicles is limited.
To reserve a vehicle, use either of these methods:
Submit an Eagle Assist ticket. Select "I Need Something," then "Business Services" from the top. Select the "Vehicle Reservation" icon and fill out the form.
Submit a copy of the approved travel authorization to the Business Services Office and provide your driver's license information for insurance purposes.
