Join us as Michael and student co-hosts have an Interactive Chronological Historical Discussion focusing on five public historically Black universities in North Carolina, specifically Fayetteville State University (1867), Elizabeth City State University (1891), North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University (1891), Winston-Salem State University (1892) and North Carolina Central University (1910). Representatives from the schools' history departments will participate and provide insights about the founding and progression of each of the universities.
