If you want to buy a home, build a home, or renovate, this course will empower you to create the perfect environment for ALL ages. America’s active housing population ranges from 24-78 years old. Ageless design and product placement will help you create an environment that caters to everyone’s abilities and needs. You’ll make your home a forever home and increase its value significantly.
Course Objectives
  1. Learn about the US population across all generations and it’s housing demand.
  2. See how housing hasn’t changed for the most part in 100 years.
  3. Hear about the national need in housing for all ages.
  4. Understand The Ageless Home™.
  5. Learn how current design and products can enhance your home value.
  6. Learn how small remodeling projects can make your current home Ageless.

  1. Show the national aging demographics and discuss its vital impact.

  3. How to find barriers and adapt furnishings, fixtures, kitchen, bathroom and more.
