The Wake Tech Entrepreneurship & Small Business Center can help you start and grow your business in Wake County. Free small-business counseling and training programs support you through various phases of your entrepreneurship journey.
Whether you're just beginning with an innovative idea or have been in business for years and want an extra perspective as you develop new strategies, we want to help!
We are part of the Small Business Center Network of North Carolina. Our team works to provide small-business owners with the information they need to start or expand a business. This includes confidential, one-on-one counseling and various seminars, workshops and more.
We also work to build partnerships and innovative initiatives that can strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Wake County.
Through the Pop-Up Shops at Martin Street, we partner with the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, Lenovo and LM Restaurants to provide support for minority-owned small businesses in the Pop-Up downtown retail space. Programs like the Main Street Entrepreneurs Accelerator seek to reduce barriers and provide education to help entrepreneurs achieve greater success.
