Open House is Saturday
RALEIGH, N.C. (April 6, 2026) – Future Wake Tech students can explore all the educational opportunities the college has to offer at its Spring Open House on Saturday at the Scott Northern Wake Campus and Perry Health Sciences Campus.
Open House gives visitors an inside look at Wake Tech's degree programs, transfer pathways and student resources. From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., guests can tour a campus, attend information sessions and meet with faculty, staff and current students to learn more about academic opportunities.
"Open House gives future students a chance to see our campuses in action, explore learning spaces and connect directly with the people who support their success," said Anthony Garnes, director of College Access and Outreach. "We want every visitor to leave knowing that Wake Tech has opportunities for them and that we are committed to helping them reach their education and career goals."
The event will feature an Academic and Resource Fair with representatives from programs across the college, as well as support services, including Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Admissions, Career Services, Disability Support Services and Military & Veteran Services.
Information sessions are scheduled throughout the morning on topics like university transfer, Health Sciences and Nursing admissions, skilled trades, business programs and information technology. Attendees can also visit specialized training labs and learning spaces where students and faculty will showcase the facilities and share their experiences.
Prospective students can receive help starting or completing their applications and get guidance on next steps in the enrollment process.
