Dozens of Academic Classes Added for Spring
“Spring Ahead” Classes Fast-Track Students to Degree
RALEIGH, N.C. (January 18, 2019) – New and current Wake Tech students don’t need to wait for next semester to move forward on their higher education goals. Wake Tech has added more than 100 courses that students can begin in February and March.
“Time is of the essence when you’re working toward a degree,” says Chief Academic Officer Sandy Dietrich. “At Wake Tech, we’re ramping up our course offerings this spring. They’re offered at convenient times on several of our campuses and online. For students looking to add a class, now’s a great time to check in with your advisor!”
Classes range from accounting, business, and marketing to early childhood education, sociology, and the humanities. There are also numerous developmental courses in math and reading/writing to prepare students for college-level work. Some of the classes begin February 4, 5, 11, & 13; others begin March 11. All finish on May 8, the scheduled end of spring semester.
“Spring Ahead” classes are open to all current students, including those who are newly-admitted. For the complete list of classes, visit waketech.edu/spring-ahead, and for more information, email [email protected].
