Wake Tech Law Enforcement Students Meet Potential Employers

RALEIGH, N.C. (November 25, 2013) - More than a dozen area law enforcement agencies came to Wake Tech’s Public Safety Education Campus today to recruit for jobs. The State Highway Patrol, and police departments from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Duke University, Chapel Hill, Clayton, Smithfield and Goldsboro were just a few of the agencies who came to talk with Basic Law Enforcement students who will be graduating next month. At least 17 students in the 20-week program are eligible to take the state exam on December 6. Those who pass the test will graduate in a ceremony on Thursday, December 12 at the Public Safety Education Campus.
