Build the skills that successful leaders need to define and execute complex projects, meet organizational objectives, and fulfill their mission. This resume-enhancing, cost-saving course includes lectures and team exercises in challenging Lean, ToC, and Six Sigma simulations, with in-depth analysis of concepts that can be applied directly to project management.
