This course is designed to focus on commercial/contract design, including retail, office, institutional, health care and hospitality design. Emphasis is placed on ADA requirements, building codes and standards, space planning and selection of appropriate materials for non-residential interiors. Upon completion, students should be able to analyze design and present non-residential projects.
