College Closed for Memorial Day

Wake Tech is closed on Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Prospective students can still apply online, and current students can register for Summer and Fall classes. The college will reopen Tuesday morning.

Studies and research in the Humanities subjects involve analyzing how people, groups, cultures and civilizations process and record their experiences. Studies in the Humanities provide a richer, deeper understanding of the world in which we live.

Humanities Department faculty teach courses in the following subjects:

  • Humanities
  • Philosophy
  • Political Science
  • Religion

Courses are taught both in person and online on several campuses.
