Wake Tech East, the college's ninth location, opens with a College Showcase and Community Celebration, featuring tours of the facilities, food trucks, music and more. Come join in the fun, starting at 5:30 p.m., at 5401 Rolesville Road in Wendell.

Through the Career & College Promise program, eligible high school students in Wake County can earn credit toward a college degree or a credential for employment – tuition-free. Students can explore more than 40 academic programs, saving them and their families money on college tuition while also lightening their future course load in college.
Another incredible opportunity comes through a unique partnership between Wake Tech and the Wake County Public School System. Four Cooperative Innovative High Schools offer programs that are designed to expand students' opportunities for educational success through high-quality Career and Technical Education and dual-enrollment credit.
