New Students
New students should meet with an academic advisor to review placement test results (if applicable), course planning, next steps for enrollment, and more! (See "Continuing/Currently Enrolled Students" below for ways to meet with an academic advisor.)
Students in Health Science programs (with the exception of Health & Fitness Sciences and Human Services Technology) should review the Health Sciences Admission requirements for the next steps.
Continuing/Currently Enrolled Students
Associate in Arts and Associate in Science students may meet with an Academic Advisor on the Scott Northern Wake Campus, Southern Wake Campus, RTP Campus or the Western Wake Campus. Health Science students may meet with an advisor on the Perry Health Sciences campus.
To avoid long waits, meet with an advisor as early in the registration process as possible.
Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following locations:
- Scott Northern Wake Campus
- Southern Wake Campus
- RTP Campus
- Public Safety Education Campus*
- Western Wake Campus*
Health Sciences students (except Health & Fitness and Human Services Technology majors) may meet with an Academic Advisor on a walk-in basis at Perry Health Sciences Campus Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m.
Continuing/Currently Enrolled Associate in Engineering, Associate in Fine Arts, and Associate in Applied Science students should schedule an appointment with their Faculty Advisor. To locate the contact information of your Faculty Advisor, log into Self-Service, select “Student Planning”, then “Go to Plan and Schedule”, and then “Advising”.
