Mastering Project Management with PMP Prep

Designed for seasoned project managers, this project management certification course takes you beyond an introduction of key fundamentals to deepen your understanding and practical application of project management tools, methods and processes. View project management from the perspective of a lifecycle approach. Throughout this Project Management Professional (PMP®) exam prep course, you work through the project lifecycle, from building a business case to closing down a project, to see how all the concepts fit together and how the decisions you make in the early days of the project lay the foundation for executing, controlling and closing it. If you are interested in obtaining your PMP certification, this program provides content designed to help with your studies and overall PMP prep. The contact hours may be applied for the PMP exam education prerequisite or as professional development units (PDUs) if you are already certified.
