Wake Tech's Main Campus, where the college first started offering classes in 1963, is the center of college operations. The campus offers daytime, evening, and weekend class options in credit and non-credit programs, including the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degree programs for college/university transfer. Main Campus is also home to technical programs such as architecture, automotive, culinary arts, cosmetology, computers, and more, as well as the Wake Tech gym, which hosts Eagles basketball and volleyball home games. An extensive library, an individualized learning center, computer labs, a bookstore, and a cafeteria are part of the Main Campus experience, and services include admissions, advising, financial aid, disability support, and student activities.

All Wake Tech Campuses feature a library and study areas; an Individualized Learning Center (ILC) for reading, writing, and math tutoring; wireless internet access; a photo ID office; and support services that include admissions, advising, career counseling, disability support, and financial aid.
In addition to these services, Main Campus offers a bookstore, a STEM Center, open computer labs, a distance education testing center, a gymnasium and wellness center, Student Success Counselors, student dining options, and Student Government Association offices.
