Wake Technical Community College Facility Operations Division supports the college's mission by operating and maintaining approximately 1,358,743 gross square feet of building space and two parking decks at five major campuses, two centers, and several smaller sites, with a total acreage of 379 acres. The office is responsible for all areas of planning, design and construction as well as operations and maintenance. These efforts are supported by a variety of administrative offices and college committees.
