Auxiliary Services and Vehicle Reservations

The Business Services Office provides the following auxiliary services:

  • Mail processing (U.S. mail, bulk mail, interoffice mail)
  • Business cards
  • First aid and office supplies (turnaround in two to three business days)
  • Official Wake Tech forms
  • Duplication of forms and other non-copyrighted material (turnaround on basic requests in one to three business days)
  • Printing (black-and-white and color printing up to 12" x 18")
  • White and colored paper distribution
  • Folding, paper cutting, hole punching
  • Perforating/scoring
  • Electronic cutting and pasting
  • Laminating, spiral and GBC binding
  • Booklet making
  • Shrink wrapping 

Employees can access mail room and print shop procedures by logging into the Wake Tech portal.


Wake Tech vehicles are available to employees for official college business on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests should be submitted as early as possible, as the number of vehicles is limited.

To reserve a vehicle, use either of these methods:

  • Submit an Eagle Assist ticket. Select "I Need Something," then "Financial & Business Services" from the top. Select the "Vehicle Reservation" icon and fill out the form.
  • Submit a copy of the approved travel authorization to the Business Services Office and provide your driver's license information for insurance purposes.
