Description
This course continues instruction for work as a Plumbing Apprentice at new construction sites and on remodeling and renovation sites. Plumbing Apprenticeship Level 3 is the third course in the NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) curriculum for Plumbing Apprenticeship.
Course Objectives
  1. learn new skills required of a third year Plumbing Apprentice. Students will develop knowledge, skills and abilities related to the use of applied math, , sizing and protecting water supply systems, Potable water supply treatment, types of plumbing system vents, sizing drain, waste and vent (DWV) and storm sewer systems, sewage and sump pumps, corrosion resistant waste piping, compressed air systems, and servicing plumbing systems.

Plumbing Level Three Trainee Guide, published by NCCER in partnership with Pearson.
Clinical Site/Special Facilities
Must have access to Plumbing Lab to teach hands-on activities.
Requirements for Successful Completion of this Course
  1. Attendance 80% or above
  2. Participation
  3. Successfully completed all module exams with a minimum score of 70%
  4. Successfully completed all hands-on assessments
