Description
The real estate industry is far-reaching and encompasses everything from buying and selling homes, securing financing to appraisals and inspections. Explore how to become a real estate broker; learn about the skill-sets and interpersonal characteristics required for a successful career in real estate. Assess your personal attributes, knowledge, skills, and expectations to determine what you need to transition to a career as a real estate broker. Increase your understanding of the mathematical computations and analysis required in the real estate industry. Develop your awareness of industry ethics and consequences of violating ethical principles. Learn about licensing, education, training, and job opportunities; and create a plan of action.
Course Objectives
  1. have assessed their personal attributes, knowledge, skills, and expectations for a career in real estate;
  2. have understood and practiced math calculations and analysis used in real estate;
  3. have learned how to evaluate and assess a variety of real estate scenarios;
