If you are paying for someone else, such as an employer paying on behalf of an employee, please contact the CE Registrar’s Office at 919-334-1631 for information on Sponsorship Billing. Setting up a Sponsorship Billing account ensures refunds, if necessary, are issued to the payer. Otherwise, refunds are issued directly to the student. • Use WebAdvisor?
• All courses offered at a Community School site have an additional $25 facility fee. Other fees such as a lab fee may also apply. These fees are nonrefundable unless the course is canceled by the college.
• Prices are subject to change. Why?
• Credit card payment (MasterCard/VISA) is required when registering for Continuing Education online. Please have your credit card information available. If you prefer to use cash or check you may register using alternative methods.
• How to Update Student Contact Information: You may not receive a confirmation email if we don’t have the correct email address for you on file. It is the student’s responsibility to update any changes to their contact information (i.e. phone numbers, address, email address). Student information is not automatically updated when a new course registration is received. To make changes to your student record, you can contact the Continuing Education Registrar’s office at 919-334-1631 or email [email protected]
• Note: Checkout process may be unavailable from 8 p.m. Thursday through 8 a.m. Friday each week due to maintenance.

Online and hybrid courses require 24 hours for the activation of students' accounts. In order to have timely access to your online or hybrid class, you need to register at least 24 hours before the first class meeting date.

1. To log in to WebAdvisor before registering for a class, note the section number
2. Go to WebAdvisor and click on Login
3. Click on Search or Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes
4. Enter the section number in the Course Code Number box
5. Click Submit and then follow the instructions for completing registration

• Click on the table headers to sort that by that column.
• Select a course by clicking on the section number or the checkbox to the left of it.
• When you selected all the courses you want click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
• Fill in your personal information or login.
• Continue to payment screen.

1. Upon completion of registration in WebAdvisor, visit
   ed2go to enroll and access your course.
2. Enter the title of your course in the Search for Courses box.
3. Choose the course by clicking Enroll Now.
4. Complete the enrollment process.

• An expired North Carolina Nurse Aide I listing with no substantiated findings or a successful completion of a North Carolina Nurse Aide I Program from an accredited institution within the last 5 years.
• A current Nurse Aide I listing from another state with no substantiated findings.
• An expired out-of-state listing with no substantiated findings from an accredited institution or a successful completion of a Nurse Aide I Program from another state from an accredited institution within the last 5 years (NOTE: The student must provide proof that the institution is accredited.)
• Proof of completion of military corpsman training.
• Completion of a RN or above training.

Students will be removed from the class and receive a 75% refund of their tuition if their proof of eligibility is not submitted on the first day of class.
