Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tsp. mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cook the eggs: put 1 dozen eggs in cold water. Bring to a boil. Cover; turn off heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Drain and run under cold water till cool. Peel and cut in half. Place egg halves on a platter.
- Combine ½ cup mayo, 1-2 tsp. mustard, salt, and pepper. Spoon a little dressing onto each egg yolk.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
