Deviled Eggs


  • 1 dozen eggs
  • ½ cup  mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tsp. mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the eggs: put 1 dozen eggs in cold water.  Bring to a boil.  Cover; turn off heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Drain and run under cold water till cool.  Peel and cut in half. Place egg halves on a platter.
  2. Combine ½ cup mayo, 1-2 tsp. mustard, salt, and pepper. Spoon a little dressing onto each egg yolk.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
