Course Offerings

This specially-designed course focuses on the concept that scenario-based training (SBT) provides law enforcement officers the best measure of individual performance in preparation for critical real-world encounters. The STREETS concept takes into account the fact that knowledge, skills, abilities, and tactics (KSAT) change for both the criminal and the LEO. STREETS provides opportunities to test KSATs before being employed and on the street. It also allows agencies to evaluate the KSATs taught as a best practice.

Course Objectives

Test knowledge, skills, abilities and tactics (KSAT) in a variety of real world scenarios involving potential police use-of-force.

Evaluate the KSAT (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Tactics) performance of self and others.
