Description
Microsoft OneDrive is an Internet-based storage platform offered for free by Microsoft to anyone with a Microsoft account. In this course, you will learn the major features of OneDrive, including how to save and open files in OneDrive, how to share OneDrive files, and how to work with OneDrive files while you are online as well as offline. SharePoint is the most popular content management system, so understanding how to use its features is valuable at any organization. You will be equipped with essential SharePoint skills, so you can navigate team sites; manage lists and libraries; and create columns, content types, and views.
Course Objectives
  1. recognize how to get started in OneDrive and
  2. identify how to Save Files to OneDrive
  3. distinguish how sync and share OneDrive files with others
  4. describe how to use files-on-demand
  5. review and learn SharePoint versions, layouts, and navigation.
  6. identify content approval settings, site permissions and user communities.
  7. practice how to create custom workflows and InfoPath forms and metadata
