Description
This course is intended for participants who have completed the CompTIA Network course or those with equivalent experience who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Topics include how to install and configure systems to secure applications, networks, and devices. Upon completion, students should be able to perform threat analysis and respond with appropriate mitigation techniques; participate in risk mitigation activities; and recognize how to operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws, and regulations in an IT environment. In addition, students should have the ability to successfully pass the CompTIA Security certification exam.
