Wake Tech N. Campus Open House Planned for Saturday
RALEIGH, N.C. – High school students, career changers, and others in the community are invited for a first-hand look at Wake Tech’s Northern Wake Campus at an Open House this Saturday, April 13, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event is an opportunity to learn more about the programs and resources at the campus on Louisburg Road in Raleigh and to tour the facilities. Wake Tech’s Northern Wake Campus has the distinction of being the first all-LEED college or university campus in the nation. LEED is the U.S. Green Building Council’s standard for environmentally responsible construction. It is home to a vibrant college/university transfer program, and an honors program, and offers a wide variety of resources, including advising, counseling, financial aid and student activities.
