Staff Member Garion Bunn Discusses New Book
RALEIGH, N.C. (September 23, 2015) - Wake Tech hosted a special event today to allow staff member Garion Bunn to discuss his brand new book, The Harry Experience, with students from several business classes and colleagues. Bunn, Wake Tech’s Facility Operations Project Manager, says his book is a “part tale, part textbook” guide to customer service concepts and strategies.
“Customer service is a lifestyle,” Bunn says, “and it opens doors. Treating everyone with respect can help you be who you want to be.”
In addition to his job at Wake Tech, Bunn is a motivational speaker and coach. He was inspired to write The Harry Experience after witnessing superior customer service during a work conference.
Wake Tech President Dr. Stephen Scott introduced Bunn at the “meet the author” event, praising his efforts and his commitment to pursuing his interest in writing. “We like to encourage and celebrate our own here at Wake Tech,” he said, “and this book illustrates Garion’s many talents.”
